An OCB Pro competitor in the Wellness category and owner of Smoothing U Nutrition Club in Rumford, Rhode Island, she pairs competitive bodybuilding experience with hands-on coaching focused on sustainable habits.

SELF-DEFENSE & FITNESS
Sensei Amos Hamrick
Sometimes things get a little chippy on the golf course. Amos joins the CaddyJet squad to help our caddies build confidence, stay aware, and learn the skills to protect themselves should an extreme situation ever call for it.
Amos began his martial arts journey in 1995 and holds a second-degree black belt in Nihon Koden Shindo Ryu. A fitness boxing and group fitness instructor at Self Defense Northeast, he brings decades of training and a disciplined approach to our team.
Our approach starts with staying calm, de-escalating, and walking away safely. Physical self-defense is a last resort, reserved for extreme situations when personal safety is at risk.

Cyrus Ezekiel “Zeke”
In the caddy pit, our little guy Cyrus Ezekiel is known as Zeke. He loves soccer, running, and time at the park with friends and family. His energy and kindness bring a little levity to the long days and hard workouts that come with chasing your next milestone.
With encouragement from Breeto, Estefanía, and our experienced caddy pit, Zeke is learning the ropes and growing into his own. We can’t wait to see where his love of the game takes him. Stay tuned.

I grew up around the caddy pit at Wannamoisett, learning the game one loop at a time. Carrying two bags taught me what matters on the course—and how quickly a forgotten water bottle can make a long, hot round even tougher.
Years later, watching my stepdaughters poke holes in water-bottle caps at the pool over July 4th weekend brought the idea back. What if one simple, safe tool could turn any standard bottle into something more useful?
That idea became CaddyJet—the first golf sleeve powered by CapPunch™ Technology. It gives caddies and golfers a controlled spray for clubs, balls, hands, and cooling off, then clips back onto a bag or keychain.
